Hello, I’m Stephanie Martin and I’m a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist DSFH, HPD, DipHb (KGH) AfSFH, MNCH(Reg). I obtained my Hypnotherapy Practice Diploma at the prestigious Clifton Practice in 2018. I am a member of the AfSFH Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and NCH National Council for Hypnotherapy. I also hold an enhanced DBS.

About Stephanie Martin, Clinical Hypnotherapist

I was born in the north of England and have lived in Weston-Super-Mare for the last 30 years. My previous career paths have all been within business corporate fields, with a high level of people and performance management including coaching and mentoring. I have always loved helping people reach their potential. Following a period of ill-health, plus the added stresses and strains of daily life and events, I sought out support from a hypnotherapist to help me with the all too common signs of anxiety. Hypnotherapy allowed me to see I was able to change my own thinking patterns and gave me the tools to change my life for the better.

My path into Hypnotherapy

I qualified as a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist in 2018 and my aim is to help and support others discover what life is like when you are gifted the tools to make your own changes, allowing you to live the life you want. I believe in the positive effects hypnotherapy brings and how it helps your overall mindset so completely, that I went on to qualify as a KG Hypnobirther in early 2019. I am now delighted to be helping people find solutions to all manner of challenges in a natural, gentle and highly effective way.

My hypnotherapy practice is now online

I practice Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and have previously taught KG Hypnobirthing in Weston-Super-Mare, in North Somerset. I am currently practising solely online and I can provide a hypnotherapy service to clients anywhere as long as they have internet access.
